Production Times

Most Heritage Truck Co. products are made to order through our production partners.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Production times may be longer during holidays, special promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, most U.S. orders arrive within:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, holidays, and destination.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Multiple Shipments

Because our apparel and hats are produced by different fulfillment partners, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at HeritageTruckCo@outlook.com and we will work quickly to make it right.
