RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Heritage Truck Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at heritagetruckco@outlook.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Because our apparel is produced specifically for each order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues. If you experience a sizing problem, contact us and we will review the situation individually.

Sticker Packs

Sticker packs may be replaced if they arrive damaged during shipping. Opened sticker packs are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution and may take several business days to appear on your account.
